Folaura currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
- Order processing: Generally 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Order cutoff: 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).
- Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days, including processing and transit time.
- Standard shipping fee: $3.99.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our return requirements.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation may be possible only before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return procedure.
